Uncork No Wine Before Its Time®
Okay, so you’ve stored your wine and you fiercely maintain that, as a civilized person, you shall uncork no wine before its time. But what happens if that time occurs on a holiday or your schedule has you passing by our location early in the morning or late in the evening? What’s an oenophile to do? Relax. You can get that special bottle anytime you want because with your locker or walk in room lease we include use of our state of the art electronic entry and exit system. This system allows you to access your collection 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Whether you need an appraisal for an insurance policy or if you are considering selling your collection, we can help. We work with only fully vetted partners to provide you the best service possible. Climate
Our state-of-the-art refrigeration systems and facility envelopes efficiently maintain 55 degrees year round as well as 60-70 percent humidity. We regularly maintain our equipment. And we retain local vendors that guarantee quick response times to any service calls. You can also view temperature monitors through our website.

Let us help you run your beverage program more efficiently. We have many restaurant clients, including the large collections of Spago and Mozza, to smaller restaurant collections. Whether you access your cellar daily or quarterly, we can accommodate your needs. Do you find it convenient to access the cellar after the restaurant closes for the night, or at 6AM before the day begins? Your locker access is 24/7/365. We issue access credentials to each staff member you identify so you can track who enters your cellar. Need to remove someone’s access? We can do that in a few minutes. Want 24 hour access? Like that our locations are close to your clients? We offer lockers starting at 12 case. We can bill you or your company monthly. For a fee we can accept shipments and deliver then to your locker on a monthly basis. Contact us for more information.

Inventory Services
You don’t want to uncover a bottle in your cellar that was at its prime years ago. Maybe you need a regularly updated list for your insurance company, or maybe you want to trade some bottles, but you need to know what you have. We can help you better manage your collection! Our inventory services are custom priced depending on factors such as the level of detail you require, the size of your collection, the number of individual wines (do you buy by the case or one bottle at a time). Lockers
Long Term Storage
Located at our Marina del Rey Facility Ideal 55 Wine Lockers offers long term storage. Have cases you don’t want taking up room in your regular locker or walk in room? Have bordeaux to lay down? Want to get these cases out of the way and store them at a reduced rate? Long Term lockers differ from our regular lockers, in that you do not have 24/7/365 access. We offer these lockers only at our Marina del Rey, CA facility. We offer both long term wine lockers and long term individual case storage. Long Term Wine Lockers Our long term lockers lease at $221 per year. You may choose your own lease term from 12 to 120 months. These lockers hold up to 12 cardboard cases, 9 to 10 OWC, or 4 to 8 shipping boxes. Long Term access lockers cost $40 for each appointment to access the locker. Long Term By the Case Storage Our by the case storage is $5 per case per month for cardboard cases or OWC. The rate for shipping boxes is $10 per month. Your initial minimum purchase must be at least $100. You can personally deliver your cases to us or ship them to us. At the end of your lease, you may pick up your cases. Receiving
As a client you may ship wine to Ideal 55 for placement directly into the your locker or room. The cost is $16 per box, $5.00 per box if you pick up at the Hollywood partner location. Shipments are held at 55 Degrees and approximately once every 30 days placed into your locker. If the box will not fit or if we need to repack from a large shipping box to a smaller box, we will contact you. Here is our receiving address: YOUR NAME c/o JLA / Ideal 55 13152 Raymer St #D North Hollywood, CA 91605 Receiving Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM When possible, please Contact Us to alert us to pending inbound shipments. The standard carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, know the Raymer Street facility. GSO uses different drivers and needs to be made aware of the hours.
Rooms
Most Ideal 55 facilities offer walk in storage rooms. These rooms vary from “small” rooms that hold around 80 cases to “super” rooms that can hold more than 1,000 cases. You may customize your room with commercial grade steel shelving or to create a truly impressive wine cellar, we offer custom racking and flooring. Contact Us for more details.
Security
Our security systems monitor, record, and identify each entry and exit; highly trained security personnel are notified immediately should anyone tamper with or try to defeat the security system, or attempt to force open the door. The entire system is monitored 24 hours a day from a UL listed Central Station. Smile! YOU ARE on camera. We have digital video cameras installed throughout our facilities. Images may be monitored remotely in real time and may be retained on and offsite.
